Our client, a highly established and successful property management company is seeking a Maintenance/Handyperson for their property’s sites and estates in London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be working alongside and managing an assistant maintenance worker.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day maintenance and general DIY tasks across various sites - buildings and apartments
* Undertake various repairs and improvements as needed.
* Responsible for the purchase of materials as required
* Strong customer service skills
* Supervising an assistant

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience or proficiency in a trade - such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work, or gardening
* Strong background in building and site maintenance or extensive DIY experience.
* Reliable with strong work ethics

Requirements:
* A passion for hands-on maintenance work
* Manual handling
* A full, valid driving license
