Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand our customer base in the region.
*Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
*Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
*Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
*Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
About You:
*Experience: Proven track record in business development within the workwear and PPE industry.
*Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPE and workwear products and industry regulations.
*Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Motivation: Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the East of England.
