Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and organised Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of payroll functions within our Accounting & Finance Department.

Description
*Manage end-to-end payroll processes in a timely and accurate manner.
*Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions.
*Maintain and update employee records.
*Work closely with the finance team to ensure correct financial reporting.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and procedures.
*Assist in the preparation of year-end reports.
*Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
*A strong understanding and proven experience in payroll functions.
*Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using payroll software.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
