About the Role:

As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the high standards of our housing portfolio. You will work closely with residents, providing support and ensuring that their needs are met while fostering a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of residents, providing advice and support on housing issues.
*Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
*Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, encouraging community engagement.
*Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records and reports related to housing management activities.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a housing officer or similar role within social housing.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
*Knowledge of housing legislation and policies.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
