Job Description:
We are seeking an accurate administrator to join our client’s successful and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Account Management team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communications, and ensuring that our account management processes run efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is seeking a career within administrative support, as overtime there will be scope for career progression!

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing client and supplier relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
*Respond to telephone and email enquiries regarding quotes, repeat business and contracts
*Process client enquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
*Organise and maintain client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
*Prepare and proofread correspondence, emails, and documents as needed
*Help monitor the sales pipeline, assisting in reporting on client portfolio performance
*Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules for the sales team when required
Skills & Experience:
*Strong administration and telephone competency
*Proactive communication and relationship building abilities
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
*Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client database systems
*Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
