Job Description:
Hours: full or part time, office based
A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the Leeds office of a top national law firm in the Facilities team on a full or part time basis. Great working atmosphere in lovely in a modern, yet professional office, this position is ideal for a proactive candidate looking for a varied role.
Daily Duties
*Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
*Photocopying, scanning, binding, filing and producing legal documents
*Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
*Assisting with hospitality
*Covering reception when required.
Required Skills
*Some experience in administration would desirable but not essential.
