JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator | Full training!
LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent
SALARY: £31,000 to £36,000 + Bonus
HOURS: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

As the Customer Service Administrator your key responsibilities would be:
*Answering calls from customers handling a range of enquiries
*Based on the reception desk assisting customers face to face
*Booking appointments
*Advising on products and customer options once trained
*Producing quotations and a breakdown of pricing for clients
*Keeping customers updated and informed at all times, working to SLAs
*Producing invoices
*Additional project work as director by the General Manager
*Build relationships with internal and external customers
We’d love to speak to candidates with the following skills:
*Outgoing personality to build rapport with customers
*Strong Administrator and IT systems
*Hard working, determination, resilience and the ability to work under pressure
*Working as part of a close-knit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients
