Covering the southeast of England, the role will involve servicing and installation of equipment and projects, supporting various products and automation equipment in house and at customer sites.

Job Description
*Performing installation, servicing, and commissioning of automation equipment at customer sites and in-house, ensuring high standards of delivery.
*Supporting the service team by diagnosing faults, rectifying issues, and managing 24/7 on-call service rotations.
*Reporting daily and weekly on tasks completed, maintaining accurate records, and updating CRM project management systems.
*Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
*Identifying opportunities for technical skill enhancement and suggesting areas for customer and product improvements.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Strong electrical, mechanical, and fault-finding repair skills, with expertise in PLC/Automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and multi-phase systems.
*City & Guilds Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (or similar)
*Current Driving License without disqualification and UK or EU Passport
*Excellent ICT skills and use of Microsoft Office
