Job Description:
Venn Group is excited to partner with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to recruit a Dynamics CRM Developer, to deliver the technical elements of the council’s resident experience transformation.
Previous experience with Dynamics 365 CE is essential for this role.
The CRM programme team will translate the council’s user and business needs into technical specifications, then work with a 3rd party partner to develop these into high-quality and user-friendly digital services and functions.
The role is responsible for overseeing, controlling and reporting on Dynamics CRM Development and will provide management and oversight for the delivery of development, in support of the critical business requirements, within the appropriate development framework.
Employment type: Fixed-Term Contract
Length: 12 months initial
Salary: £57,072 - £64,623 per annum
Responsibilities in post:
*Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, plugins and processes
*Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 configurations AND workflows
*Develop and maintain CRM integrations as defined by the CRM Programme
*Customise Dynamics 365 modules, entities, forms, and views to align with business processes and ensure easy to use experience for end users
*Manage and enhance existing bespoke web (ASP NET) and .NET applications currently integrated with future migration to plugins or PowerApps
*Utilise web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to enhance web-based CRM solutions
Desired skills and experience:
*Experienced in Dynamics 365 CRM development, configuration and customisation
*Customisation & Configuration: proficiency in customising and configuring Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
*Plugins & Custom Workflows: experience in developing custom plugins, custom workflows, and actions using C# and .NET
*JavaScript & Web Resources: knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for client-side scripting and creating web resources within Dynamics 365
Hiring Process:
*Introductory Teams meeting with Venn Group, to discuss your experience and the role
*2-stage interview process with the client, with both stages conducted over MS Teams
