DAY TO DAY:
• Respond to inbound customer service queries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders through our system efficiently and accurately.
• Answer order-related questions and liaise with the warehouse when stock issues arise.
• Handle product enquiries and delivery issues professionally and with a customer-focused approach.
• Manage complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
