Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for maintaining operational excellence and a flair for managing multiple priorities? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the maintenance, security, and infrastructure of two key sites in West Sussex
This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking, ISO-certified organisation. You will ensure their buildings meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and functionality while supporting operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

*Support the Operations Manager with annual strategic reviews, Capex budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Act as a primary key holder and security contact for both sites, including emergency response.
What We’re Looking For:
*Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
*Experience with CMMS systems and strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

*Proven line management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and contractors.
*Practical experience with facilities PPMs, project management, and safe use of tools and equipment.
*A valid driving license and access to reliable transport (travel between sites required).
Desirable Qualifications:
*Certifications to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, or MEWPs.
*Physical fitness for tasks involving lifting, working at height, and manual handling.

*Flexible working and the chance to make a meaningful impact across two critical sites.
