Group IT Director - Established £200M European Technical Business - Berkshire
We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Group IT Director to join our growing business. As the leader of our in-house IT team and supported by external providers, you’ll be responsible for managing our company’s ERP systems and ensuring they meet the needs of our business and stakeholders. You will have a track record of managing group-wide ERP solutions in an international business environment and knowledge of critical infrastructure solutions such as WAN, cyber security, and O365. Working closely with senior management to develop technology policies and drive first-class service for customers, suppliers, and the entire organisation.

Location: Berkshire
Key Requirements:
*Operational experience in IT Director level roles in mid-sized European organisations
*Proven experience in managing and implementing ERP/CRM/BI systems including upgrades
*Experience in direct management of ERP/CRM/BI implementations Proven experience of creating and managing a group-wide ERP strategy
*Proven commercial experience, engagement and developments with a clear understanding of how core IT systems support and enhance businesses
*Excellent project management skills in ERP implementations
*Cloud transformation experience
*Comprehensive working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
*Outsourced hosting & software development management including modifications
*Acquisition/integration experience
