The right HR professional would be joining a truly innovative, progressive and collegiate team, where you will play a key role in performance and talent management, be a true business partner to the practice areas and support the Partners in resource management.
Ideally, you will have previous professional services or law firm experience supporting the business services population or come from a partnership environment. CIPD qualified, with an inquisitive mind, natural leadership ability and excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
