Your Responsibility’s as a Despatch Team Leader
• Manage a team of 4 people
• Support all the administration tasks printing, van recovery, invoice checks, weekly vehicle checks, order numbers, returns
• Support the team with packing pallets for new orders
• Organise packing, despatch and carrier allocation for all orders
• Load and organise the van delivery order producing lists for driver including delivery notes
• Support on loading and offloading pallets
• Ensuring the yard and despatch work areas are kept tidy
• Abiding by and enforcing company H&S procedures
• Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Manage collections
• Carry out assembling work as and when needed
• Support new ideas to create better ways of working in the department

Despatch Team Leader require to have
• Previos experience in managing despatch
• Previous experience in managing people
• Counter balance FLT licence
• Ideally experience using SAGE and Excel
