The Role of Personal Injury Claims Handler:

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Claims Handler:
*Validate, investigate, and negotiate third-party Personal Injury claims
*Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively
*Make accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
*Handle claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures
*Assess claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business
*Identify and address potentially spurious claims
*Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You:
To succeed as Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll bring:
*Proven experience handling personal injury claims, preferably with an Insurer
*A solid understanding of rehabilitation solutions and industry procedures
*Strong organisational and negotiation skills
*Commercial acumen and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
