Job Title: Client Services Executive
Location: Chester
Contract Details: Permanent, Monday-Friday; 9am-5.30pm - requirement to work one Saturday every month with a day in the week off.
Salary: £23,500
Responsibilities:
*Provide sales, operational, administrative, and service support to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
*Check and confirm that all booking components are accurately arranged and that clients’ arrangements are well-considered.
*Manage all necessary administrative functions, ensuring clients have all the required information at their fingertips.
*Collaborate with supplier partners, effectively communicating clients’ requirements.
*Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer care, exceeding clients’ expectations.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
*Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Positive attitude.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
*Experience in the travel industry.
*Familiarity with travel booking systems.
Technologies:
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
