THE ROLE:
Overall you will support agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments,
and ensuring adherence to agile principles. This includes:
*Working with product development, compliance, operations, development, testing and
*marketing teams
*Monitor and assess release performance, communicate insights, plans and progress
*Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
*Professional experience as a Junior Scrum Master, managing 2 projects simultaneously
*Experience delivering project scope documents and functional requirements
*Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
*Strong planning and organisational skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
*£35,000, depending on experience
