Job Description:
Insolvency Assistant Manager *Location: Edinburgh
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a distinguished advisory and restructuring firm, is seeking an Insolvency Assistant Manager to enhance their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are either ACA/ACCA qualified or are pursuing similar qualifications and are eager to advance their careers in a stimulating environment.
Day-to-day of the role: *Oversee a varied portfolio of insolvency cases including Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations, Administrations, and more.
*Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality standards, meet compliance requirements, and are executed within allocated budgets and timelines.
*Maintain detailed and current case files.
*Lead and inspire team members, ensuring effective case management and professional development.
*Manage statutory compliance and reporting, meeting all necessary deadlines.
*Investigate financial conduct of directors/debtors and manage communications with creditors.
*Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key business contacts.
*Seek additional service opportunities with existing clients.
*Participate in promotional events and assist in the development and presentation of proposals to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Degree level education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
*At least 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a professional insolvency role.
*Comprehensive knowledge of formal insolvency procedures and relevant legislation.
*Exceptional communication, financial analysis, and report-writing capabilities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
*Capable of managing personal workload and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
*Upholds high professional standards and ethical conduct.
