Our Client is one of the UK’s most successful independent property companies and they are looking for an assistant branch manager for their office in Shad Thames.




Area: Shad Thames, London



Company Type: Multi Branch Agency 



Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 6pm (Saturday 9am - 5pm, when required to work)

Tasks


*Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team

*Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s

*Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)

*Encourage your teams development and progression

*Strong focus on generating new and repeat business

*Carrying out property valuations

*Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers

*Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs

*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales

*Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
