Job Description:
My client, a dynamic and ever-expanding national firm renowned for its expertise in conveyancing, is seeking a highly motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join its thriving Northampton office. The Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Responsibilities will include:
*Assisting in drafting and preparing legal documents related to the conveyancing process
*Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions
*Conducting searches and collating necessary documentation
*Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
*Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
Key Requirements
*Experience within the property sector is essential, though specific experience in conveyancing would be advantageous
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
*A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
*Familiarity with conveyancing processes or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
