They are looking for a Senior manager to lead the facility in Essex responsible for developing, performing, and delivering all manufacturing facilities to the organization, ensuring efficient service and maximizing performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets. Responsibilities include staff management, budget adherence, meeting targets, ensuring smooth operations, training and development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve managing facilities, liaising with the organization, improving processes, developing progress plans, supporting other departments, recruitment, training, performance management, reporting, and maintaining client relationships.
