Job Description:
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer in Nottingham to join their team on a temporary basis. Please find a description of the role below.
Rate: £14.65 per hour
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Nottingham
Contract: 3 months on going
Key Responsibilities:
*Raise and process purchase orders, confirming receipt of goods/services
*Input data into BMS/SAP systems and manage shopping cart approvals
*Reconcile business credit card transactions and assist with invoice approvals
*Process travel claim payments and maintain accurate records
*Resolve order, payment, and invoice queries
*Ensure compliance with GDPR, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety policies
Key Requirements:
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and order management systems (BMS/SAP preferred)
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication and customer care skills
*Awareness of GDPR, confidentiality, and equal opportunities
