Junior Town Planner - Exeter
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Town Planner to join a dynamic and highly regarded property consultancy based in Exeter. The company is looking for a motivated and talented individual to support their planning team in delivering high-quality planning solutions for a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Junior Town Planners will assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications
- Provide planning advice on development projects
- Conduct research and assessments related to local planning policy and regulations
- Collaborate with senior planners and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the management of projects from inception to completion
Key Requirements:
- Experience in professional Town Planning
- RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related field
- Strong understanding of planning law and local government processes
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- A passion for urban development and shaping the future of communities
