Corporate Finance Executive (M&A)
As the Corporate Finance Executive, you will be working for a leading specialist in the Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions sector, who are now looking to expand their transactions team.
The Corporate Finance Executive will support Associate Directors/Managers in all aspects of the transaction life cycle; including research, financial analysis/modelling, valuations, pitch support, and transaction delivery, whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Corporate Finance Executive - Responsibilities
*Provide extensive transaction support for Associate Directors/Managers.
*Maintain excellent stakeholder and customer relationships
*Conduct and present research into potential acquiring businesses.
*Conduct financial analysis, create financial models, and conduct high level valuation exercises
*Develop deal insights and play a key role in the development and preparation of client marketing materials, attending / presenting at pitches if required
*Client liaison and project management, participate in client workshops as required.
*Support business development activities
*Provide information for reporting purposes.
Corporate Finance Executive - Skills & Experience
*Corporate Finance advisory/assurance/transaction experience.
*Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience
*Strong financial and analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret company accounts, provide valuations etc.
*Ideally degree level education, with relevant professional qualification - e.g.; ACA, ACCA, CFA, CF etc.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to produce high quality documentation, presentations etc.
*Strong customer/stakeholder management skills.
