Job Description:
Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking to specialise in the rewarding not-for-profit sector? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Cambridge, known for their exceptional client service and employee-centric culture. In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of prestigious not-for-profit clients, including charities, social enterprises, and educational organisations. You’ll lead audits from planning to completion, mentor and support junior team members, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:
*Managing the audit process for a varied not-for-profit client portfolio.
*Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards.
*Providing technical support and guidance to the team.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Supporting business development initiatives within the sector.
Requirements:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
*Significant audit experience, preferably with exposure to the not-for-profit sector.
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
