Key Responsibilities *Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
*Prepare and review financial accounts, tax returns, and business reports
*Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, coordinating services and maintaining strong connections
*Control budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability for your client portfolio
*Conduct annual fee reviews for clients in line with department guidelines
*Mentor and motivate team members, fostering their professional development
*Contribute to team meetings, supporting workflow peaks as needed
*Actively promote the firm’s services to potential and existing clients
*Implement company initiatives and support projects as directed by senior management
