We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist primary school in Wellingborough for children and young people aged 4-11, with varying additional needs. The school is a growing school, currently with over 140 students. The school follows the national curriculum and is split over two sites within Wellingborough and Rushden, they are also expanding to have a further site in Wellingborough from September. The school is committed to the benefits on creative therapies and the children are able to access Art therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Massage Therapy and Theraplay. The school has facilities such as splash room, music room, food technology room and a library
Your new role
As an administrator in Northamptonshire, you will learn to become dynamic and adaptable in a variety of schools across the area, where you will be responsible for educational leadership and daily management of schools and potentially their schedules. You will be flexible to travel within the Northamptonshire area. We have roles that are temporary as well as more long-term roles which may potentially turn into permanent if this is something you require.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have school experience and be able to use SIM’s or FMS. You will have good organisation skills and time management. experience using systems such as Microsoft office is essential. You must be self-driven, motivated and work well within a team whilst also using your own initiative.
