The Role
Seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to handle a varied and stimulating caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold properties)
*Lease extensions and enfranchisement
*New build transactions
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Ideal candidate:
*Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in residential property law.
*Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
*Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload independently.
