Job Description:
Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing insurance company to recruit for a Claims Handler based Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance. As an Account Handler, you will manage and develop client and customer accounts, ensuring timely support while providing exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
*Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
*Process new insurance policies, renewals, and amendments using Acturis software
*Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
*Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in the insurance industry
*Proficient in using Acturis software
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
