Job Description:
Are you a hands-on finance professional looking to make a real impact in a thriving business? We’re seeking a proactive Finance Manager for a dynamic company based in North Leicester. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust cost control.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, providing clear commentary and recommendations.
Oversee month-end processes, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of management accounts.
Provide financial insights to improve operational performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and track KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and development.
About You:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid post-qualification experience in a cost focused finance role..
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and hands-on approach, with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency.
