The firm I am working with is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in York, which is looking to recruit an experienced Litigator to join its successful Dispute Resolution team in Clifton Moor. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied, high-quality caseload, providing legal advice and assistance on a wide range of Commercial and Private Client Disputes, including contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, land disputes, commercial leases, company disputes and claims against professionals.
Key Responsibilities
*Contract law cases
*Negligence and tort law cases
*Contentious wills, probate and trusts
*Property and land disputes
*Consumer rights
*Pre-litigation work
*Alternative Dispute Resolutions/Mediations and court proceedings
The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with:
*A Civil/Commercial Litigation background
*Excellent client care skills
