Team Leader *Annual Salary: From £14.50 per hour

*Job Type: Full time, will include shift work and 1 weekend in 4
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support the objectives of our care services, promoting a culture of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of high-quality services, enabling young people’s needs and priorities to be met with available resources.
Day-to-day of the role: *Maintain a high-quality service by working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored services to young people.
*Ensure the delivery of safe, personalized services through assessment, person-centered planning, and regular outcome-focused reviews.
*Take a lead in the day-to-day operations including client interaction and conducting service audits.
*Support young people in achieving their targets as per their support plans, focusing on developing independent living skills.
*Provide access to advice, support, and training related to welfare, housing, and resettlement.
*Supervise and train staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies and local authority requirements.
*Manage a team involved in the direct support of young people, ensuring professional and timely support delivery.
*Promote high standards and compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
*Engage in human resources duties including recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Over a year of experience working with young people in a similar role.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
*Knowledge of Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policies and Procedures.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
*Familiarity with health and safety regulations and data protection laws.
