Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Central Bristol based client in the recruitment of an Assistant Accountant (Spanish speaking).
Key Responsibilities:
*Support month-end processes, including analysis and reporting.
*Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial matters.
*Contribute to audits and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
*Handle day-to-day financial operations and assist with budgeting tasks.
*Manage or assist with reporting, reconciliations, and cashflow monitoring.
*Provide general support to the finance team and wider business as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
*Fluency in Spanish (essential).
*Previous experience in a finance role, ideally in a dynamic organisation.
*Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
