About the Role
As a Financial Adviser you will takes with growing an existing client bank, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
*Building and nurturing client relationships through exceptional service and trust-building.
*Converting leads from professional introducers and online enquires (64% conversion rate)
*Generating referrals by networking with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
*Providing expert financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
*Combining new client acquisition with managing existing client portfolios.
*Receive 1-2-1 support from a qualified Paraplanner so you can fucus on budling relationship with existing and new customers
What We’re Looking For
*Proven financial advisory experience, with strong consultancy sales and relationship-building skills.
*A commitment to achieving Chartered status (or already Chartered).
*A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving new business growth.
