Job Description:
A dynamic and growing company is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Redhill. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys supporting customers and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities include: *Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, utilising CRM systems.
*Provide excellent customer service, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
*Administer & monitor the order processing systems.
*Download & record results & information via online system.
*Perform general office duties and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.


The Person: *Previous experience within a customer service role is essential
*Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential
*Good knowledge of IT systems is beneficial

The Package: *Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
*Salary of up to £25,000pa DOE.
