We are recruiting for an Assistant New Business Account Executive to lead a team of five dedicated insurance professionals in delivering exceptional service to a growing insurance portfolio of clients
Role Overview:
You’ll oversee a team that engages with warm leads generated by a Business Development team (no cold calling). You will play a pivotal role in identifying and fulfilling insurance needs across a variety of sectors, including:
*Care and domiciliary care
*General insurance (shops, offices, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a team of five professionals,
*Engage and convert warm leads provided by Business Developers
*Handle risks ranging from £600 to £16,000+
*Cross-sell products and services to maximize value for clients
What We’re Looking For:
While we’re open to candidates from various industries, the ideal applicant will have:
*Abackground in sales, insurance, wealth management or finance, ideally with team management experience or ready to take on that challenge
*A proactive, efficient, and self-motivated work ethic
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
