Salary: Up to £45,000 & Bonus and Company Car.
We are a successful Tool Hire Company who are currently recruiting for a Workshop Foreman to oversee a dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our West London Depot. This role offers the chance to combine your technical expertise with your leadership skills, making a real impact every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*A hands-on role with about 80% of your time spent on the tools.
*Leading and mentoring a skilled team of fitters.
*Overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
*Coordinating schedules, managing workloads, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
*Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
*Upholding health and safety standards and promoting a culture of compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role.
*Strong technical background in the hire sector.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*A problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.
