The Company
The client, one of the largest independent firms of Commercial Property Consultants, is looking for a Town Planner to join the team. They specialise in a range of projects from urban regeneration and commercial developments to heritage-led schemes and rural planning!
The Position as a Town Planner
*Providing expert planning advice on a variety of projects, including heritage and conservation developments.
*Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and environmental assessments.
*Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, ensuring clear and professional communication at every stage.
*Contributing to strategic planning initiatives and identifying opportunities for development and growth.
*Mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
