Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
*Recording incoming monies from bank to ledger
*Accurately coding of all invoices and posting of cash
*Producing remittances for payments to suppliers and contractors
*Handling queries and resolving problems
*Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
*Assisting with month-end closing
*Reconciling credit card statements
*Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
*Experience working within a similar role - Required
*Previous SAGE experience - Desirable
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
*Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
*High attention to detail - Required
*Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
