Job Description:
An excellent, one off opportunity for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a thriving independent Estate Agency within their Witney office.
My clients have an unrivalled reputation and are keen to add a strong Assistant Lettings Manager who is either an existing manager or senior negotiator to their team.
AssistantLettings Manager – Benefits
*£25k - £30k basic dependent on level of experience
*£35k - £40k OTE depending on experience

Assistant Lettings Manager – Duties
*Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
*Attending and instructing lettings valuations
*Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
*Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
*Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
*Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
*Staying informed and up to date on legislation
*Helping to manage staff.
Assistant Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
*Previous experience as a Manager or Senior Negotiator within Lettings.
*ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
*You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
*Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
*Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation.
*Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
