Job Title: Office Manager - Roofing and Waterproofing
Industry Sector: New Build, Roofing Waterproofing, Single Ply, Waterproof Membranes, Bitumen Membranes, Structural Waterproofing, Cold Liquid Applied Systems, Green Roofs, Concrete Repairs, Damp Roofing Repairs, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Building Surveyors, Building Owners, Roofing Contractors, Main Contractors, Architectural Practises, Office Manager, Office Supervisor, Bookkeeper, Bookkeeping
Location: Loughton
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus after 12 months

The role of the Office Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing systems will involve:
*Office Manager position promoting the design, installation & maintenance of a range of roofing and waterproofing services such as: liquid systems, asphalt, hot melt, single ply, structural waterproofing, metal roofing, cladding, green roofs etc.
*Typically into main-contractors, healthcare, local authorities, housing associations etc.
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
*Keep track of financial records including payments, invoices, receipts
*Maintain payment ledgers for sub-contractors and submit monthly CIS returns
*Supervise office staff and manage HR functions
*Dealing with suppliers & manufacturers to raise purchase orders and check warranties
The ideal applicant will be an Office Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing systems with:
*Must have office management experience within the construction industry, ideally roofing or within a contracting environment
*Must have finance & bookkeeping experience, ideally with QuickBooks
*Any experience with supply chain, procurement or product sourcing highly beneficial
*Keen attention to detail with a problem solving mindset
*Highly motivated, self-driven with a keen ambition to succeed and progress
*Must be a team player with a professional approach to working
*Excellent communication skills
*Hungry to learn mentality
