Job Description:
Willo Education is working directly with a wonderful nursery in the Dudley area that is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate deputy manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This nursery prides itself on valuing its staff and fostering a genuine spirit of teamwork. They are ready to welcome someone with fresh ideas and who can motivate the team.
They are in search of a candidate who not only has a background as a deputy manager but is also eager to embrace new challenges and contribute fresh ideas to the nursery. A positive, can-do attitude is essential in this environment, and you must have the ability to inspire creativity among both the children and the team. The role is full-time, requiring availability five days a week but shifts/days will be discussed directly with the nursery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Nursery Manager and stepping in as needed.
- Aiding in the nursery’s goals and helping organise a high-quality setting for children aged birth to five years.
- Delivering exceptional care and early learning, which involves monitoring and reviewing the nursery’s offerings to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the personal, emotional, social, and educational growth of children through both individual attention and group activities.
- Collaborating with the team to create an environment where every child can play, learn, and thrive.
- Guiding and supporting staff as directed by the Manager.
To Be considered for this role you must have:
*Right to work in the UK
*DBS on the update service (we can apply for a new one if required)
*Have nursery management experience.
*Have a minimum level 3 in childcare or above.
*Be able to provide x2 sufficient references.
