My client is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their innovative and forward thinking firm who are currently in an exciting phase of strategic change.
Ideally, you will have a strong Org Design/Change background and proven experience working within a global and complex matrix organisation. Coming from a professional services environment, possibly partnership or corporate structure, you will have successfully led global change projects. Ability to demonstrate your experience ssupporting the leadership teams in communicating and embedding workforce transformation strategies and proactively working with stakeholders and wider People teams.
