Job Description:
An experienced Bookkeeper is needed to join a leading property restoration specialist company based in Park Royal, London. This role is part-time (3 days a week) and office based.
Over the last decade Thomann-Hanry has grown significantly and continues to expand its portfolio of works requiring a dedicated team and resource to enable the company to deliver the best possible service to all clients. Thomann-Hanry undertakes works to restore some of the most important and historic buildings in London such as the ’National Gallery’ and the ’Bank of England’.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure the smooth functioning of accounts, payroll, and office services within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll and budgets, and maintaining relationships with service partners. The role entails supporting the Managing Director, attending weekly management meetings, and handling general office administration tasks.
To qualify, you should be an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Finance Manager / Payroll and Administrative Co-Ordinator or similar who can demonstrate the following:
*AAT qualification or solid awareness of business accounts and the annual accounts cycle
*Experience of using SAGE accounting software
*Experience of running payroll
*Good MS Excel experience
*Ability to work well under pressure in a methodical and organised manner
*High level organisation skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet fixed deadlines
*Good attention to detail
