Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a thriving team in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top 50 law firm that offers its clients a full service across multiple offices, working with high-value and high-profile transactions and clients.
The successful Commercial Real Estate Solicitor will ideally offer 1 - 4 years PQE and have previous experience in a similar role.
The role
*Supporting partners and other senior lawyers with a range of high-quality work for key clients on strategic land and development projects
*Working on commercial sales and acquisitions
*Supporting large property companies with their property portfolios
*Commercial Landlord and tenant work
*Investment and asset management
*General commercial and residential property development

*Previous experience in a similar role, offering 1 - 4 years PQE
*A clean and current practising certificate
*Experience acting for banks and borrowers in secured lending matters
*Previous experience of working with high-net-worth matters
