Job Overview:

We are currently seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for trunking operations to join our dedicated team. If you’re an experienced, professional driver who enjoys long-distance driving with a focus on safety and efficiency, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Trunking goods between distribution centres and depots on dedicated routes.
*Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently, and within the specified time frames.
*Completing vehicle checks before and after shifts to ensure road worthiness.
*Adhering to all road safety regulations and company procedures.
*Managing delivery paperwork, including logbooks and delivery notes.
*Communicating effectively with the transport team for any updates or issues.
Requirements:
*Driving License: Must have a valid license with 7+ years of driving experience and be able to operate Luton-sized vehicles
*Valid HGV Class 1 Licence (C + E).
*Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
*Experience in trunking operations preferred but not essential.
*Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
*Ability to work independently and efficiently.
*Excellent knowledge of UK road networks and regulations.
*A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
