The Assistant Building Surveyor’s Role As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals on a variety of public and private sector projects. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse workload, including professional and project-based services, with tasks such as conducting surveys, preparing reports, and assisting in design, maintenance, and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities: *Supporting the delivery of a range of professional and project-based services.
*Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of properties.
*Working on projects across multiple sectors, including education, residential, and commercial.
*Collaborating with senior surveyors and engaging directly with clients.
*Advancing through your APC with structured training and mentorship.
The Ideal Assistant Building Surveyor will have *BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree.
*Previous experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proactive, collaborative, and focused on achieving chartered status.
*Eager to learn, self-motivated, and adaptable.
