Job Purpose
*Overseeing audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
*Preparation of accounts
*Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries
*Supervising junior staff, including reviewing work and delivering training
*Building trusted client relationships, acting as their main point of contact to proactively handle queries
*Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible
*Working directly with Managers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant
*ACA / ACCA qualified, part qualified or currently studying
*Demonstrable experience within UK practice
*Proven track record of overseeing audits from planning to completion
*A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously
*Self-motivated and reliable, with a hands-on work ethic
*IT proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAGE, Xero and QuickBooks
*Exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail
*Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
*Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen
*A can-do attitude towards problem-solving
*Ability to work well under pressure
