Key Responsibilities:
*Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, vehicle bookings, and sales paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

*Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records and ensure accuracy in systems and manufacturer information.
*Compliance: Adhere to company policies, Trading Standards, and health & safety protocols.
*Team Collaboration: Partner with sales teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and head office to drive efficient processes and strong relationships
*Experience: Prior sales administration experience is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of the motor industry is advantageous.
*Attributes: Smart appearance, flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
