ACCOUNT MANAGER
St AUSTELL
£35,000 BASIC + BONUS (APPROX £2,000 PER YEAR)
Our client is a recruitment company which specialises in industrial and manufacturing recruitment. With multiple locations across the region, they have a strong network and are a creative, forward-thinking, and ambitious company that wants to recruit like-minded individuals. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies and have an established and loyal client base.
They wish to appoint an experienced account manager to work on a large industrial multi-site account. They are looking for dedicated professionals who seek ownership and responsibility.
You will be responsible for:
*Being the first point of contact for client relationships.
*Managing coordinators and ensuring information is effectively communicated.
*Interviewing, attracting, and placing applicants across a range of roles within the account.
*Working to activity targets set.
*Providing a high-quality customer service experience.
*Building relationships.
*Planning and personal diary management.
*Providing solutions and solving problems.
*Out of hours on call (shared)
To succeed as an account manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management, and professionalism.
If you are ambitious, articulate, hardworking, and genuinely interested in providing a high-quality service this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.
Previous experience within a targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence as you will be expected to travel between sites.
